If your Wine Flight Case arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the case must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Replacements

If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement case instead of a refund for eligible returns.

Replacement shipping will be covered by Wine Flight Cases in the case of faulty or damaged items.
