- Each Wine Flight Case is carefully packed in a protective box to ensure it arrives safely.
- Delivery is available direct to your home or cellar door anywhere in Australia.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Returns
We want you to love your Wine Flight Case. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
- To be eligible for a return, the case must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund or replacement promptly.
